The Beliefs of Reformation

churchAt one time, everyone who did not believe in a particular way were not considered Christians. Reformation changed that. Thanks to a few men who fought for reformation, you have the ability to read the bible and choose the religion that suits your personal preferences. You have freedom and it is all thanks to the beliefs of reformation.

The Bible

the bibleAt one time, more than 500 years ago, the bible was written in Latin and readable only by a select few who could understand Latin. They were able to read it, twist it, change it up, and turn it into whatever they wanted, because it was inaccessible to most people and unreadable to all. This allowed the church to do what they wanted and at times it was not good that they were doing. The scriptures that make up the Holy Bible was written by men who were divinely inspired, and it tells about God’s revelation of himself to man. It is a book of divine instruction and God is the only author. It is truth, it is salvation. It enables us to understand the principles that God Himself uses to judge us, and therefore it is the center of Christian union.

Man

man seeking forgivenessMan is the creation of God, made in His own image. Whether you are man or woman, you are good, even if you are not innocent of sin as you were when He first created man. Even during the time when all people were born free of sin, they still had freedom of choice thanks to their Creator. He allowed man to commit sin through the freedom of choice. Man turned toward Satan, but this does not mean that man is unworthy of respect and Christian love. It simply means that man must seek salvation and forgiveness for his sins. It is because of reformation that you are allowed to have the freedom God wanted you to have and it also enables you to seek forgiveness when you are in need of it the most.
